6 Wednesdays: March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, & 8 at 3:30 pm
Our aim is to raise a reader and a healthy eater. Children will enjoy reading different books with themes of great food and physical activity. Each of the six sessions includes a discussion of the book, preparation of a snack they can all sample and games. A “family page” is sent home after each session, so parents can help their children to continue having fun with great foods and physical activity.
